About

Grounded in social work. Building with AI the right way.

Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and New York, a Doctor of Social Work student, a social work educator, and a human-centered AI innovator. Her work is grounded in clinical practice, systems thinking, community-based experience, nonprofit leadership, medical social work, education, and ethical technology.

She is the founder of Mentor Me of Ulster County, a community-based nonprofit focused on mentorship, youth development, life skills, and connection to opportunity — part of a foundation built on creating real-world systems that respond to real human needs.

Today, Stephanie is focused on building with AI the right way: ethically, responsibly, creatively, and in ways that strengthen human judgment rather than replace it.

Philosophy

Building With AI the Right Way

  1. 01

AI should support human judgment, not replace it.

  2. 02

AI should reduce overwhelm and help organize complexity.

  3. 03

AI should improve access, clarity, and decision-making.

  4. 04

AI should be used ethically, transparently, and responsibly.

  5. 05

AI should protect dignity, relationship, creativity, and care.

  6. 06

Social workers and helping professionals should help shape how AI is designed, taught, questioned, and used.
